The Penthouse has a spectacular ocean view, with an open balcony, and direct access to the building's own beach and swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom en-suite. The living room overlooks the ocean, and is equipped with a sofa bed for your guests. Connected to it, is the dining room that comfortably sits 6 people. The penthouse has a second bathroom for your guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, roomy and spotless.
The penthouse has a large TV set with cable service, internet and WiFi, and a central AC.
The building has 24 hours security, and many amenities, including a gym, pools and Jacuzzi.

Our ocean front Penthouse is located in the most exclusive area of Hollywood, with all the excitement and charm of North Miami. Warm beaches, great restaurants, amazing shopping at Aventura Mall, it’s all 5 minutes away. And, if you are thinking of dropping by Lincoln Road, or South Beach, a short drive brings you to the heart of downtown Miami. One thing is guaranteed: you’d have a great and relaxing time!

About Us

We love the beach and try to spend as much time as we can there. When the sun goes down, it is either heading towards Hollywood for a bite, or getting something cooked from scratch. We love to cook and thus the fully equipped "real kitchen".
But, at some point, we also travel and explore the world. This makes our property advailable, usually between November and March each year.
